Wine & Food Tasting Lecture Theatre 2010

Building on the tasting success of the past 2 years, the Bristol Wine & Food Fair will introduce some new wine and food tasting lectures. Our professional circle of well-respected wine journalists, will lead you on a journey into new areas of taste and discovery.

Our wine lectures provide them with the opportunity to share their wealth of knowledge and experience with wine, to inspire, entertain and enliven their chosen subjects. Visitors will learn how to make better, more informed choices about buying wine and food.

The UK boasts some fantastic artisan foods and our programme of tutored wine and food tastings, will give producers the opportunity to celebrate their excellence and to feel proud of our food heritage. All foods tasted are available to purchase on-site, in most cases direct from the producer.

Each seated tutored tasting involves sampling 6 wines or 7 cheeses or 4 wines with different foods, over the course of 40 minutes and are about learning through enjoyment.

Demand for tasting places is always high. Book early to avoid disappointment.
