Having begun their careers in the family restaurant years before, brothers Jonray and Peter Sanchez were responsible for Casamia’s entry into the Michelin Red Guide in 2007. In 2009 and 2010 they were also awarded one Michelin Star – the only restaurant in Bristol to hold this accolade.

Using the best of local suppliers, tomatoes from Milan market, the freshest fish and shellfish from Wings of St Mawe and Chelsea Gold winning herbs from Jekka McVicar, Casamia’s menu has earned them the reputation of one of the best restaurants in Bristol. They have been hotly tipped by Restaurant Magazine to be the next Roux brothers!
