The Wines of New Zealand
Hosted by Tim Atkin
New Zealand now ranks amongst the great wine producing countries in the world. It has a cool climate, good levels of sunshine and a go-ahead attitude, which has really driven results. The Marlborough region now produces arguably the best Sauvignon Blanc in the world, with the Southern Island making exceedingly attractive well-balanced Pinot Noirs that are starting to rival Burgundy.
Tim Atkin will lead you on this voyage of discovery.
Wines tasted will be from the Villa Maria Estate.
