Louise McCrimmon began her career with Harvey Nichols twelve years ago, joining the Leeds Fourth Floor Café and Bar when it launched in 1996. However, the opportunity for Louise to head her own team and launch the new Second Floor Restaurant in Bristol was too tempting.

Louise’s style is based on classic techniques, pure flavours, great textures and indulgent ingredients. Louise enjoys working with new and seasonal produce and her frequently changing breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner menus reflect this passion.

During the last year the Second Floor Restaurant and Bar has gained an enviable reputation in Bristol and now boasts an award winning bar team to add to its critically acclaimed restaurant. Events at the Second Floor Restaurant have included appearances from Michelin star chef’s Heston Blumenthal and Chris Horridge, chocolate master classes from Paul A Young and Champagne evenings by Veuve Cliquot. www.harveynichols.com
