Jonathon has now firmly established his credentials by becoming one of the ‘3 coqs’ of Clifton’s Three Coqs Brasserie, which he runs with Chris Wicks (Bell’s Diner) and David Daly (Jamie’s Italian and Bordeaux Quay).

He stands firmly as one of the new breed of modern chefs, who gave up a successful graphic design career to pursue his true passion – food. Bordeaux Quay was where his journey began, before progressing into the kitchen at Bristol’s foodie institution, Bell’s Diner, where he perfected his skills under the tutelage of Chris Wicks. Jon prides himself on creating cutting-edge cuisine and gained acclaim as one of the most talented chefs in the SW region, when he won the Bristol Chef vs. Chef Competition 2009.
