The Bristol Wine & Food Fair has always prided itself on being innovative and contemporary when it comes to the type of food we offer our event visitors.
When it is time to take a break, sit back and relax in the International Dining Area. Take a leisurely stroll through the wonderful world of different cuisines being cooked right in front of you. From Italian barbecue to hand reared Scottish beef, from Lebanese specialities to Spanish and Portuguese cheese and charcuterie, from the seas of the UK fresh to your plate, these delicacies will be perfectly paired with our exclusive wine bar portfolio.
Serving food for your delight will be the following local, artisan producers.
Award-winning Papadeli is a gorgeous Bristol cafe and deli where all the tastiest foods can be found. We are so excited to be in the Dining Area at the Bristol Wine & Food Fair and have selected some of our best cheeses for the perfect Ploughmans along with a range of our delicious salads. Cibo Group are an independently owned family company based in Bristol for over 20 years. We will be running an Italian style BBQ serving up freshly cooked meats including wild boar sausage in Panini, a traditional Italian sausage baguette and the uniquely tasting “Porchetta” roast Italian pig, cooked with spices and herbs in traditional Roman style!!
We aim to provide an authentic Italian “Bottega” selling cured Italian meats and cheeses imported freshly and direct from high quality Italian producers from Umbria. These will be matched with wines available at the bar, for you to share with your family and friends in Italian style!
