Mark will be demonstrating at the Bristol Wine & Food Fair for the third time this year.

Cafe Maitreya has been at the cutting edge of modern vegetarian cuisine for five years now, with vibrant colouful dishes exuding flavour, which are uncompromisingly seasonal.

This year’s demo will feature slow braised fennel 'veronique', a twist on the classic dish with a hot paprika and pistachio chorizo, and muscat grapes.
