Prosecco a small 38 seat restaurant in Clifton, it opened in 2006 and is run by husband and wife team Diego and Heidi Da Re. Prosecco’s ethos is to serve unpretentious, well crafted dishes with Northern Italian influences. The atmosphere is relaxed and contemporary, reflected by friendly but knowledgeable staff.
