Chefs Masterclass Programme 2010

The Bristol Wine & Food Fair prides itself on the quality and individuality of the chefs we choose to perform in our theatre. In 2008/09, alongside the great names of cooking, we had the new generation of emerging chefs, working alongside the passion of the committed pioneers, enlighting us with their vision of what cooking can be.

This year's programme for the Chefs Theatre will be run by the City of Bristol Catering College, managed by the master trainers, Scott Lucas and Adrian Kiritmaa.  The focus will be on cookery education, encouraging the next generation of chefs to learn from the professionals, while demonstrating their own cookery style and personnality.

This year's theme will be 'A classic story with a modern twist', giving all our chefs the opportunity to interpret this in their own unique way.

The final performance within the Chefs Theatre on Sunday will be the winners of the 'Bristol Young Chef 2010' competition, which will be judged by Barny Haughton (Bordeaux Quay) and Louise McCrimmon (Harvey Nichols).
